It's Valentine's Day, and Mandy is helping her grandmother promote a friend's bakery by delivering cupcakes throughout town in a bright pink bakery van! Their first trip to an exquisite manor has Mandy ecstatic, and bakery owner Carole nostalgic- the lord of the manor is her ex-boyfriend! But the excitement fades when Mandy finds a stowaway in the van: a little Corgi. He's adorable, but shouldn't be inside a box of cupcakes-most of which have been eaten!
